We are thrilled to announce that we have an opening for a TPD Settlements Advisor in our dynamic Claims Department. As a TPD Settlements Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting a third party with their claim.

This will include determining liability, conflict resolution and providing outcomes to the third party. This position involves regular communication with Third Parties at various stages of the claims process, ensuring the achievement of weekly and fortnightly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and negotiate the settlement of Third Parties claims.
• Collaborate with Youi customers and Third Parties, providing professional and efficient service throughout the claim process.
• Make informed decisions confidently on a daily basis to drive successful outcomes.

About You:

• Strong negotiation skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in Collections is highly desirable.
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt for optimal results.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Outstanding time management skills, crucial for effectively handling a substantial claims portfolio.
