Responsibilities

• Handle and process insurance claims related to the Specialist portfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers in a compassionate and professional manner, providing support and guidance throughout the claims process.
• Validate loss and liaise with internal and external providers to ensure claims are settled in a fair and timely manner.
• Maintain a proactive mindset towards customer interactions and communications.
• Keep detailed records and documentation of claims activities and communications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

 A bit about you:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information
• Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
• Skilled at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
