In this role you'll foster strong relationships with our repairer network and provide critical support to our customers when they need it the most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle damage assessments.
• Oversee the quality and efficiency of the claims process.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Identify and mitigate fraud risks.
• Achieve fast turnaround times and manage costs.
• Represent Youi by consistently delivering exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Essential: A trade qualification in Panel Beating, Spray Painting, or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
• Must Have: A valid driver’s license.
• Bonus Points: Estimating experience and watercraft assessing knowledge.
• Strong relationship-building skills with attention to detail.
• Adaptability and eagerness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
