About You

• Have delivered consistently strong results as a Team Manager 
• Understand Complex Claims and its processes
• A willingness to learn and adapt your skills to deliver high results
• Thrive in a high-performance team environment and develop others to be able to do the same
• Be able to motivate and develop your team to deliver high results
• Completion of Youi's 6-month probation period
• Completion of Youi's Ignition program
• Confident decisions-making skills
