Purpose of the role  

Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams to deliver quality solutions, drive agile and DevOps excellence, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key priorities  

• Lead and inspire high-performing engineering teams, promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Champion agile and DevOps best practices, driving technical excellence and scalable, high-quality software delivery
• Foster innovation by empowering teams to experiment, take ownership, and make data-driven decisions
• Ensure consistent delivery practices across teams, partnering with Product, QA, and Platform to align priorities and optimize value
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from architecture to operations, ensuring standards, policies, and SLAs are met
• Coach and mentor Engineering Leads and team members, enabling their growth through feedback, knowledge sharing, and leadership
• Champion automation, CI/CD, and modern cloud-based solutions to increase speed, reliability, and performance
• Support effective risk management and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and values-driven work environment

About you - Experience & Knowledge:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proven leadership in engineering management with 7+ years' experience in agile software delivery
• Strong understanding of agile and product management in fast-paced tech environments
• Exceptional people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Up-to-date with best practices in compliance, security, and scalable tech delivery
