You’ll manage a high value portfolio end-to-end, guide customers through some of the toughest moments they’ll face and make considered decisions within mandate. It’s not quick wins, it’s steady judgement, clear thinking and calm conversations when emotions are high.

What you’ll be doing

  • A full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs, Monday to Friday
  • Take ownership of claims once they are lodged and manage them through to resolution
  • Manage a portfolio of large loss claims at different stages, working through structured workflow queues
  • Be the main point of contact for customers, repairers, and assessors
  • Keep detailed and accurate notes so every claim is clear and compliant
  • Handle inbound calls from stressed customers and guide them clearly through next steps 
  • Review reports and organise repairs
  • Prioritise daily tasks to keep multiple claims moving at once
  • Build deeper knowledge of building repairs and complex claim lifecycles

  • Claim details and notes are accurate and complete the first time
  • Customers finish calls clear on what happens next

  • Compliance, privacy and risk requirements are followed properly every time
