Purpose of the role 

Support the Compliance team in managing Youi’s compliance obligations in line with Australian laws, regulations, and industry codes. Key duties include maintaining the compliance framework, providing compliance advice for the business, managing incidents in accordance with the Breach Reporting Standard, supporting risk management activities, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to projects as required.

Key priorities 

• Support the Compliance team in implementing frameworks, partnering with the business, and managing compliance issues.
• Managing incidents in accordance with the Breach Reporting Standard.
• Assist with preparing reports on compliance risks, incidents, breaches, and updates for committees and the Board.
• Provide quality and timely compliance advice to the business.
• Champion Youi values and foster a collaborative team culture.

About you 
Experience & Knowledge:

• 1+ years’ compliance or risk experience/knowledge.
• Knowledge of Australian legislation, ERM principles, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial mindset, integrity, adaptability, and proactive risk awareness.
• Committed to maintaining professional knowledge and standards.
